Join me every Wednesday evening at 7pm for a Yoga Nidra class at The Rest Room - located in downtown Whitby at “The Loft at UTB”, 103 Mary Street West, 3rd Level.

Experience a journey of deep rest and relaxation like nothing you’ve experienced before from the comfort of your own home. All you need is a quiet space to practice on a yoga mat or in a reclined position with blankets and pillows or other props as support.

What is Yoga Nidra? Known as "Yogic Sleep" in some circles, Yoga Nidra is actually a state of non-doing and non-thinking. It is a guided practice of dissolving into the consciousness through deep rest.

It rejuvenates, recalibrates and heals you from the inside out. It is practiced lying down or in a reclined position with pillows and blankets supporting you in stillness.

All you have to do for this practice is follow the guidance of my voice, let go and relax.

*Please bring a yoga mat, 2 pillows/cushions, 2 blankets and wear comfortable clothing. Note there are 3 small sets of stairs to take up to the loft from ground level.
