Join me for a magical evening of deep conscious rest and nourishing soundscapes in a beautiful art gallery space.

Yoga Nidra is the sacred practice of deep conscious rest and release, a guided journey that rejuvenates and recalibrates you on from the inside out.

Deepen your experience of rest through the enchanting and soothing soundscapes of crystal singing bowls, chimes, bells, gong and more that will nourish and balance your nervous system, energy centers and more.

This practice of stillness creates more space in the mind and body, and encourages healing on all levels.

This session is practiced lying down on your yoga mat with the support of blankets and pillows so you can fully relax.

Join Artist Vicky Talwar and Sound Guide Kate Carson for an exclusive event at Royal Rose Art Gallery in Aurora Ontario, an Artist Talk, Art Performance and Sound Bath experience.

On March 14 and 15 from 10am - 2pm at Royal Rose Gallery, interdisciplinary artist Vicky Talwar will be creating her salt mandala light installation. Attendees can expect to not only witness the artistic process of creating a mandala but also delve into the deeper layers of meaning associated with the Tibetan Mandala principle.

On March 15 at the event, Vicky will discuss the benefits of viewing a mandala and its role in meditation and healing.

She will dismantle her mandala after completion as a meditation on impermanence, inviting viewers to reflect on the impermanence inherent in all things, encouraging a mindful exploration of the artwork.

Sound Baths are meditative journeys that offer deep relaxation, creative awakening and rejuvenation for those participating. Through harmonic, over-tone instrumentation and the practice of deep listening, we have the unique opportunity to slow down and deepen our brainwaves, heartbeats, and enter into very relaxed states. It becomes a meditation practice in itself.

Where traditional meditation is a practice of concentration, Sound Baths are a deep listening experience to inspire calm and peace consisting of tuning into the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, bells, gong and more.

Through silence, stillness and deep listening, you are inviting the mind and body a chance to deeply relax into parasympathetic balance and harmony. After a Sound Bath you will be completely relaxed and rejuvenated yet focused, calm and inspired.

Enjoy a 30-minute relaxation practice where all you have to do is show up, lie down (or recline in a chair), listen and relax. That’s it!!!!!!

Use your yoga mat, a couch, the floor or a chair with some blankets and pillows.
