Join me for weekly Yoga Nidra sessions in The Rest Room Virtual Studio live on Zoom. You’ll receive recordings each week as well as pre-practice recordings and access to a practice library of Meditations, Sound Baths, Yoga Nidra classes and more.
Monday evenings at 6:30pm - 7:15pm
