Made with: Peppermint (Mentha piperita), Holy Basil / Tulsi (Ocimum tenuiflorum), Lemongrass (Cymbopogon), Hibiscus Flowers (Hibiscus rosa-sinensis), Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia). All ingredients are organic.
Directions: Add 1 tsp of tea to a cup. Bring water to a boil and let rest one minute before adding to cup. Steep for 2-5 minutes depending on personal preference. Also a great tea to enjoy iced!
