Just like scheduling a facial, manicure or massage, REST also needs to be scheduled for our busy lives!

Take time to Pause, and be guided into a journey of deep rest and relaxation that will recalibrate, rejuvenate and refresh you from the inside out.

PAUSE is a one-hour guided relaxation session customized for each client and their needs that can also include the sounds of crystal singing bowls and chimes. Sessions are available online.
