Just like you schedule a facial, manicure or massage, REST is something that needs to be scheduled, the ultimate form of self care.

PAUSE sessions allow you to be guided into deep rest and relaxation that will recalibrate, rejuvenate and refresh you from the inside out.

These private guided sessions include a guided Yoga Nidra experience with sound vibrations, essential oils and more - created specifically for you to let go of stress and tension held in the mental, emotional and physical body. Sessions are customized to each individual to ensure the session is created to address their concerns and needs on every level.

These sessions can be done in person or online at your home or mine.

About My Sweet Pancreas

My Sweet Pancreas was developed to support those recently diagnosed with diabetes, those living with the disease for decades and their care-givers.

As a Type 1 Diabetic for 37 years, I have lived through all of the ups and downs, highs and lows, and everything in between of this disease.

With over 15 years of Yoga and Meditation training and teaching, I have created this Program Guide to assist you on your journey to wellness.

This program is based on my own experiences with this disease.
